Covid-19  

At C&S, we are committed to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workplace hygiene to combat COVID-19 in a salon environment.

Please do not come to our salon if you exhibit any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever (99 °F degrees and above), cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, head or body aches, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of taste and smell

  • If you or anyone you know has been sick within the last 14 days

  • If you have traveled out of state in the last 14 days 

  • If you or anyone you know has a compromised immune system

ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  1. Expect to have your temperature taken upon entering the location by your stylist/specialist. Anyone with a temperature above 99°F will be asked to seek medical attention

  2. Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or hand sanitizers provided.

  3. Read over the terms and conditions and make sure to sign the COVID-19 form when entering the salon. 

  4. Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted inside. Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.

GUIDELINES:

1) We ONLY accept customers through phone calls (here is our number: (905) 290-8572) • There will be no walk-ins UNLESS someone has canceled, and we have time to slot you in.

  • For walk-in clients, you must stay outside (while maintaining a safe distance) or in your car until we call you in. 

  • Please show up at your scheduled time because there may be customers after you and, we need to take the time to ensure proper sanitization at the stations for our next customers.

  • Accept the terms and conditions when you have arrived at the salon.     

  • If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call us ahead of time to cancel.

  • There will be no waiting areas for our clients. We ask you guys when you arrive, stay in your car or wait outside (while maintaining a safe distance) until we give you a call. • There is a maximum of 4 customers that are permitted into the salon.

 

2) Masks are MANDATORY upon entering the salon, you are REQUIRED to keep the mask on until you have left the salon.

  • When you give us a call to book an appointment, we will remind you ahead of time to bring a mask.

    •  If you forget to bring a mask, we can offer you a mask but for a small fee, so please try to bring your own

    •  Our policy is everyone must wear a mask when in the salon. If you refuse to wear a mask you will not be allowed to enter the salon.​

      • If you made an appointment and refuse to wear a mask, you will not be permitted into the salon and your appointment will be canceled.​

    • ​We will not be providing any drinking water at our salon, please bring your own water bottle if needed.

  • We are making sure everyone wears a mask in the salon because we are protecting our staff and customers, if you refuse to comply, you will be not permitted into the salon.

  • BEFORE entering the salon, we will be checking everyone’s temperature to ensure the safety of the staff and customers.

    • If there are any indications of “high fever symptoms” we must kindly ask you to leave the salon.​

  • When entering the salon, please use the hand sanitizer provided at the sanitizing stations.

 

3) Only customers can enter the salon. We will not be allowing you to bring a plus one with you into the salon. Children are permitted but they are required to wear a face mask at all times.

ALL C&S TEAM MEMBERS SHALL:

  1. Will have their temperatures checked before arriving at the salon. 

  2. Wear a mask at all times and face shield at all times.

  3. Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.

  4. Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, before and after every appointment.

  5. Clean and disinfect their chair and station, before and after every appointment.

  6. Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.

  7. Use disposable gloves for every appointment.

  8. Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.
